We have a network of partner consultants who have used our additional options to enable them to offer specialised 360 degree feedback projects to their clients – for example, integrating the Schroder High Performance leadership model used by organisations such as O2, HSBC, FRC, Porsche, Costain and Veolia Water.
360 Feedback Manager was approached by Peppermint Learning, who were looking for a 360 degree feedback service that would fit into the competency framework designed by the Charted Management Institute (CMI) and the Management Standards Centre (MSC). They describe the level of performance expected for a full range of management and leadership functions and activities.
In addition to incorporating their algorithms we were also able to add new options to the structure of the questionnaire and the reports.
After successful testing and implementation we were able to incorporate the additional questionnaire and report options into our standard 360 Degree Feedback Manager service, which grows and develops with each new bespoke project we undertake.
The algorithms however remain the intellectual property of the client.
