Storage & Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.  In order to prevent un-authorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Booking form responses and enquiries will be stored on a securely protected cloud and an encrypted computer. They will be deleted by a specialist software programme.

Any form information you send us will be stored for two years. Any enquiry, including emails and texts will be stored for 18 months. Some information such as voice mail messages will be deleted after 30 days.

How we use cookies
